It is half of June when a pilot of Melara, Gino Bianchi, sights and photographs a circle in the wheat (crop circle) in the place “Le Glorie” of Corregioli. It deals with a great circle of 20 meters diameter, with vegetation flattened in clockwise sense, and three smaller satellite circles crushed in counterclockwise sense. In the center of every circle there was a not flattened area of few centimeters.
Heramagazine.net give some news about it:
On June 14th, a pilot of tourism airplane, while overflying the zone of Ostiglia, inear Mantova, observes from above a formation composed by a great circle of around 20 meters of diameter, surrounded by other three smaller circles. The same pilot has reached the field the following day. No signs of stamping, nor trace of human activity or pole holes

An article also appears on the local press (The "Gazzettino"). Let's read it:
Among the fields that separate Melara from the city of Ostiglia, a stonesthrow from the marian sanctuary of "Comuna", 4 great circular imprints have appeared, those that the English call "Crop circle". [...]The same imprints have appeared in the province of Latin. [...] Joke of a wise group of jokers? In every case the effect is insured. «Theese circles are the better succeeded example in Italy - explains Marco Morocutti of the Cicap, the Italian committee for the control on the paranormal affirmation - it deals with the first correct and regular shape, that copy those appeared in England some years ago». On the nature of the forms the expert is lapidary: «It deals with forms of artificial origin. Nothing imputable to natural causes». In short, behind the circles there is the hand of the man. The characteristics of the figures engraved in the field of wheat don't allow to think that the folding of the ears could be dued to the wind, neither that can be created by the movement or by the "play" of some animal. «Only if you think about the dimensions and the regularity of the circles, it can be excluded - says Morocutti -. The most greater circle, shows a diameter of over 20 meters and the three smaller circles they were equidistant. After all, they can be realized planting a pickets and ropes [...]».

Also the newspaper “Il Resto del Carlino”, on June 17th, publish an article by Nicola Teston, entitled “CROP CIRCLE in the field of wheat: WIND, JOKE OR SOMETHING ELSE?”
[...] TMario Guernieri, owner of the agricultural ground in which the circular imprints have appeared, is still amazed : «[...] as soon as I have seen this "strange thing", I have immediately thought about the effects of the wind, then to a joke made by some boy with the moped, or maybe due to the landing of a helicopter. But then I have noticed that the grains had reached the full maturation, as all the other not-stretched out ears». [...]
