In his opinion, as regards the case of the circles in Friuli, have to be excluded "contaminations of terrestrial nature". The owners of the field signaled the event to the Policemen, still in last May, talking about a damage to the crops initially considered work of the man; then, after a more deepened observation and thanks to a vision from above (the use of airs is forbidden in that zone, due it is only three kilometers far from the Usaf base of Aviano) the sketch has appeared clearly. It occupies a space of around 60 meters per 20 meters. So Chiumiento seem to be the first "on the news" (later reported by ANSA and mass-media). What does he declares? Chiumiento has pointed out some anomalies: "The folded up ears are raised again, showing a smaller growth in comparison to those were standing; the greatness of the ears and the grains is varying according to the place in which they are; the knots of the stems manifest unusual bigness and they characterize an abnormal growth of the stem. This type of stem ("zig zag") is comparable to the one found in some English crops circles and absolutely considered authentic. The fact that this pictogram has been recovered in a zone (around 3 Kms far) near the USAF Military Base of Aviano (PN), it makes to think twice, because this zone in past has been theater of numerous sightings of UFO. To these considerations, we have to add the news published by the daily paper "L'Unione Sarda" on April 28th-30th 2003, about the discovery of some circles realized in fields of cereals in Sardinia. The appearance of the two phenomenons could be a simple coincidence. So much elaborated pictogram as the one of Ranzano would be a new for Italy. I consider the origin of the pictogram of difficult identification; the owner of the field has declared that during the recovery of the circle, he had not found any trace of passage of people, animals or mechanics: in the field of bowline he only saw this composition of circles. And there is more; shortly after, a second figure (a sort of sun with six tentacles) has appeared not very distant, in the province of Treviso, in a field of bowline. A pilot saw it ehile on board of his airplane... ". |
