The 15th of June 2003 is discovered in Sabaudia a circle in the wheat that will be one of the most debated of the year. The first news comes from an "ANSA".
Crowd of curious in a farm of Sabaudia where, in a field of wheat, have appeared the strange "sketches" that would be tied up to the presence of Ufo. YAccording to the ufologists, it deals with the so-called "crop circle", presumed signals sent on the earth by other forms of life in the universe. Was the holder of the farm to notice first those circles. Phenomenons known as "crop circle" have also been discovered in the United States and in England, and is never been possible to explain them.
Also the newspaper "Repubblica" is interested in this case, so inside the news of the on-line edition we can read an article about it.

[..] Giovanni Cenci, 55 years, titular of the farm in the street Sant' Andrea discovered the circle in his field. "I believed in a joke, then I have noticed that that sketches are perfect and nobody has come into the field, otherwise the passage would be visible."[...]. "I don't know how to give an explanation -said the agriculturist - I know only that among a few days we will have to thresh and everything will disappear”.

The case seems interesting, and the journals and newspapers continue speaking about it. The day later in fact, June 17th, there are many articles devoted to the case of Sabaudia. The same news is quoted by "Il Tempo","TGCOM.IT", the Roman daily paper “Leggo”, the "Espresso Online" and "La Gazzetta del Mezzogiorno".
It will be the faculty of organic chemistry of the university "La Sapienza" to effect the analyses that will have to show if the folded up ears have suffered mutations due to the physical effect of a possible alien energy. The field that is found between the Coast street and the street S.Andrea is destination of pilgrimage of researchers, experts and curious people.The levels of radioactivity between the outside and the inside of the circle is different.
The newsspread - not only on the printed paper - also the day 18. And the rumors are magnified. For instance “Latina Oggi” writes: The mystery of "Crop Circle" / "It is the Niphilims coming back" (June 18 th 2003).
Up to yesterday morning was thought that the circle in the field of wheat that has instigated the curiosity of researchers and common people was an isolated fact; instead after a flight of recognition on the zone, in order to effect a camera rec from far above, another circle has been sighted. According to Massimo Fratini, president of the center studies extraterrestrial intelligence, one of the two signs would be referable to the inhabitants of Nibiru: the Niphilims, of which some texts of sumeri and Babylonians also speack.
Close examinations start later a few times, when something more is known, also thanks to some studious that went on the place before the threshing-machine cancelled every trace.

Another interesting sceptic point of view comes from “La Città Tuscolana” (n. 6/7, June-July 2003), publishing an article of Mirco Corridori on an investigation developed by Corridori himsame together with Pierluigi Morosini and Rosalba Portelli. Certainly it is that it has been spoken a lot on the Sabaudia case, and everything and the contrary has been said. And then July 19 th 2003 is held even a Conference in Circeo, about crop circles, above all of the recent one of Sabaudia. It would seem that once more, for that concerning this phenomenon, doesn't exist a unique and certain truth, but many small truths and so many small doubts and mysteries. It deals with wanting to see the full half glass, or vice versa half-empty.
