Paranormal phenomenon, work of a joker or more simply joke of the nature? The matter of the day seem to be a rectangle and two circles in a field of wheat. A story that recalls to the memory recent phenomenons, tied up to the "crop circles" to which a famous film has been inspired. InDelia, however, someone speaks of "inexplicable phenomenon" even if the inclination of the ears is debited to the wind and the rains in that field of wheat. However it is, that fantastic sketches, on that expanse of wheat in "Cappellano", are making to discuss quite a lot and not only in Delia. Actually, the echo of that phenomenon has mobilized the provincial civil protection and the ufologists section of Palermo, that has sent on the place the experts to deepen the sudden apparition of the geometric sketches. Someone thinks that would be referable to the presence of alien or even to the landing of some Ufos, others - instead - that are owed to meteo phenomenons (water and wind) that would have provoked the inclinations, so much to allow the formation of rectangle and circles. In a case or in the other, certainties are missing, since nobody has been held necessary to proceed to an overview aerial recognition. In Delia the story is followed by the architect Rino La Verde of the town technical office: "Everything is initiated - he has declared the technician - after some signaling also bounced in Palermo to the regional office of the civil Protection. What follows is their report: “It's lunchtime but a researcher that is respectable he knows that a strangeness, natural or less, doesn't have the usual human breaks. And even our regional CUN coordinator Dr. Consolante knows it. He calls us to the telephone and says: “There is a presumed crop in Delia (CL): could you go there quickly, before curious people destroy everything?” Orders are orders, and time is short; we prepare everything and move there: Vito Piero Di Stefano and my wife, Salavatrice Migliaccio, member of CUN and also President of the Cultural Society "Impronta". We go to Delia; we have never gone there, it is toward Caltanissetta taking the fast road to Agrigento. During the travel it starts to rain, but we continue, hoping that in the zone of the circle nothing has happened. To the crossover "10" we find the witnesses of the recovery, that conduct us where was found the crop circle, around 1 Km from Delia. The place is not particularly frequented, even if near there is the provincial road to Agrigento, and the crop is in so bad conditions that is also difficult to notice it, except that for the one who regularly passes there. The first person who has seen the crop was the sister of our companions, the preceding Sunday (05/06/2005); probably not being busy in the guide, looking around she has acknowledged the strange perspective offered by the crop and she has made to stop her husband to check better the thing. The crop circles, for as it is deduced by the effected relief, they are three: one great and two smaller: the global form remembers that of a dog with collar that plays with a bone! Obviously imagination gallops, but we doesn't find another brief description to remember it. In effects, a strange thing is noticed, and it is the collar: constant thickness of a meter, and it detaches the great crop from that middle. For a best understanding we inform the readers that the provincial road is downward of the crop to about thirty meters of distance. The ground degrades downward slightly from high and there is no puddles even if it has slightly rained. The ears, from the left part of the image, suddenly pass from vertical to lied down, while from the right part are supported on the others; The suspect is that has been a sort of small trumpet of air that has disarranged the ears, but even if the figure doesn't have a particular form and geometrically appreciable, the “collar” it is strange, because is perfectly uniform and of constant thickness, as we said, of a meter. The ears have lain down to the right from left, all, except one "figure that is found to the center of the dog-legs and that is particular: it represents three circles of around 1 meter diameter, prepared to triangle and with another greater circle to the center. In these circles the ears are prepared in rotatory and confused way. Then the rest follows the rules of the other crops. The ears, in fact, as other types of stem grasses along, are folded up toward the ground, because they have only the bulgy knots from a side, as if there had been something (perhaps a classical microwaves radiation) sets to the left of the crops, that has made to fold up the ears toward right. The analyses done on the samples (or control-patterns) have not underlined particular substances, not only for the four (at least) days spent by the first sighting, but also for the rain that, even if in modest quantity, it has washed possible traces remained on the ears and in the ground.
