September 23 rd 2004 the newspaper “Il corriere di Novara” publish an article on a strange sketch appeared on a field near Novara. Let's see it: "Signs also in Bellinzago" On Sunday they have been discovered in a lawn next to the station. BELLINZAGO - From aerial view, are visible some darkest strips that jump among the grass forming some strange scribbles, a little square and then... a perfect circle: are the extraterrestrials disembarked in Bellinzago? Or better, whose could the paternity of the joke be? For sure before Sunday afternoon the lawn set among the shores of the brooklet Gondola and the residence of Mark Radice in the street Don Minzoni, few meters from the railway station, had never given "signs" of chromatic unbalance. He doesn't deal in fact with ears of wheat or rice squeezing, but with grass that changes color: "The strange thing indeed - explains Mark Radice - it is that there are no traces of trampling on the grass, nor traces of possible products sprinkled for colouring the grass." The alarm to the policemen of Oleggio has been launched on Monday: "They have come here for an investigation on the spot. We have together looked for possible explanations, but till now we haven't found." The access to the lawn is privately possible through the courtyard of the residence or, for everybody, through the road that coasts along the Gondola. However, is indeed an unusual panorama that in these days the family Radice bewares of the windows of their own house, as is seen by the photo took by Radice himself: "If nothing else - they say - around those strips are born numerous mushooms, thing never happened before."
