The 3rd of July -after having also spoken about it on June the 29 - the journal "La Gazzetta di Parma" publish an article related to a crop circle recovered near Panocchia a week before. Let's read the article. ” THE CASE. There is who sustains that the sketches are a joke, while others speak of aliens. A joke from Ufo? The mystery about the Panocchia's crop circles continues” In Panocchia arrive groups of people: curious, impassioned or, however, whoever believes that Ufos have passed there. Television, cameras, and also cellular phones, many want to immortalize a slice of mystery. Something unknown that have the shape of three «chained-linked» crop circles, mysteriously appeared Saturday morning in a field of wheat to the doors of Panocchia (Parma): the first real authentic “crop circle” (as the experts call it) in our province. To acknowledge the sketch have been, three days ago, two young agriculturists, Roberto Martini and Luca Pacchiani: “I pass here every day with the tractor -it tells Pacchiani. Saturday I have realized that the wheat was crushed in strange way. I have immediately thought to an eddy of wind, but when I have made myself to lift with the shovels of the tractor I have seen this sketch. An unbelievable thing, beautiful, but for me it is a joke.” There is also who wants to launch this pictogram as symbol of Panocchia promising in the next days the exit of a commemorative shirt: “Nothing never happens here -it underlines David Guatelli -: now, at least, there is a reason to come here". For this young student of engineering there is also a double involvement: «I live here, really in front of the crop, and I have not seen anything. Should it be a joke or less it is difficult to say it, however the science furnishes explanations to these phenomenons». Someone declare to have seen strange lights in the sky over Panocchia, while the people of the visitors divides among who believes to a visit of some extraterrestrial and who believe in a succeeded joke. ” I have not acknowledged anything”, it repeats who, as Diana Rossi and Carlo Mazza, lives really opposite there. “If it has been a joke - ironically says Francesco Tosi - it has been done from who intends of country: by someone who knows how to "rake up". “it doesn't deal with a joke -they reply Denis Zennoni and Angela Tripodi. I Challenge any human to make a sketch like this, at night and without geometric points of reference.” From Adelmo Ponzi, one of the holders of the ground on which the pictogram has appeared, arrives a sort of double reassurance for the impassioned ones: “Among a few days, we have to thresh the field: our intention is however to leave around some wheat so that the figure is still visible”. Waiting for the result of the biochemists examinations of the ground, for the science it is too soon for expressing a judgment: “Some data that I have noticed - explains Giorgio Pattera, member of the C.U.N. and vice-president of “Galileo”, the center of esobiologic searches investigating on this case - make to think to a human action: certainly if it is an artifice, has not only been carefully, but also performed by a group of around six people that have taken a lot of time. In this case I refuse to believe that nobody has seen nothing.” Article by Matteo Scipioni, 03/07/2004 Parma GazetteBesides the story, the newspaper adds something in more, in another article always of July 3rd, following the analyses in progress near the center Galileo. ” The center Galileo: “In the phenomenon there is something abnormal”. Ufo, the mystery remains but in Panocchia is thought above all about a joke.” Doubts remain on the mystery of the Panocchia crop circles, above all after the second result of the examinations biochemists on the contained crystals in the ground involved by the pictogram. From the samples withdrawn in three specific points - to the center of the “clover”, in the circle to east and in a point “neutral” out of the pictogram - the data that involve, for instance, the "fluorite" underline that concentration is absent to the center, arrivals to 66% in the external circle and is 73% out. Analogous course for silicon, and other crystals like quartz : for this last, for instance, has been found a 33% to the center, 14% to east and 4% to the outside. ” We return to the point of departure - explains George Pattera. With these data it will be important to appraise as the ground has been managed by the agricultural firm that cultivates it: herbicidal, fertilizers and so on, even if I don't believe that the rains that we have had in these times has been able to influence the percentages of the mixtures. If we had found "Palladium" and "Itterbio" I would not have had doubts[...] I am not speaking of aliens, anyway there is something abnormal”. On the voices that circulate in country that the circles derives from a joke, the expert confirms: “In such case I make the compliments to whom has performed this pictogram”. In the meantime a group of boys has put on sale, by booking, som shirts with the image of the crop. We report their studies and analysys in the italian PDF versionof this document , limiting here us to the conclusions: the least natural threshold of radioactivity of the ears has not overcome the level over which it is necessary a close examination of the analyses. The samples cannot be defined radioactive. Sabrina Brianzoli has also planted some grains of the ears in various vases, to verify their growth: ”no anomalies results in the growth, thenatural development of the plants has evolved in regular way”. If it was not enough for dispersing every doubt, the confirmation arrives even from "Galileo", by Giorgio Pattera.
